Need to export RSS to OPML and preserve folder structure

I've looked all over, but I cannot find a way to export my Outlook 2010 Pro RSS feeds, including the folder structure, to an OPML file. The OPML file it generates is "flat" and doesn't retain the carefully crafted folder structure I've set up.

I want to share my OPML with people across the company as an efficient way of tracking social media feeds, but that will be worthless if all it does is dump hundreds of feeds into their RSS feed node without organizing them into folders.

Any advice is appreciated.
