Hello
Often people want to "refine" / "clean-up" messages in their mail box if the sender put in a subject which was badly chosen / ill defined / or even with no "subject" at all.
Many people do this by renaming the subject line on a mail which has been sent to them.
However - it appears when doing this within "Conversation View", although Outlook does change the subject Line, the Conversation title remains the same
Does anyone know:
- Is it possible to force Outlook to show renmed messages in a new Conversation thread
- How does Outlook 2010 track conversation threads (I'm guessing it's more than just title?)
I've seen my issue described fairly well here http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2010/edit_subject.asp but it dosn't offer a solution.
