I use follow up flags for just about everything, but last week, I started having issues - I can no longer change the flag once it is set!
I used to be able to right-click on the email or in the To Do Bar and change tasks from "Yesterday" to "Next Week" and they would update right away and move if they were in the To Do Bar. Now I do the same thing and nothing happens. There is no error message or beep or anything, it simply doesn't change. The only choice it will sometimes take is if I mark a task complete.
So now I have to open the email, clear all follow up and then re-flag it how I want it, which is wasting me a lot of time. And if I accidentally forget to open it and foolishly attempt to clear and re-tag it in the To Do Bar, it of course disappears right away and I can't re-tag it and then I have to hope I can find it or remember it.
I have tried everything I can think of and searched Google but haven't found anyone with a solution this problem.
Please help!
