I'm having trouble with my win7 computer connecting with wireless networks (it takes a lot of time). This causes another problem, which is quite disturbing. I receive phone calls requesting meetings, but I cannot open my Outlook calendar unless I'm online (!). The e-mails work fine and I can access them as usual, but the calendar tab opens and shows only a grayed out calendar with a "processing" circle (green dots) in the middle as if it is trying to load content. Yet it should have all the data necessary in the pst file.
I do not know what happens if I wait but do not connect to the Internet - every time this has happened, I get connected and then the calendar works again. Yet it may take perhaps a minute. This is VERY frustrating having someone on the phone waiting...
I'm using Outlook 2010 with a university-connected Live E-mail account. Does anybody know how to get around this problem?
Thanks!
