Outlook 2010 - Moving meetings not updating tracking status

Using Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2010 sp2 (recently migrated from 2007 sp2).

When I create a meeting request using a resource, everything works as normal, I get an accepted message and the tracking status reflects this change.  When I move the same meeting to a different time/date I get an e-mail confirming the booking was successful.  The problem is, the tracking status doesn't update to accepted after the move, even though I can see the resource has auto-accepted the change in my calendar ( as it should).  The tracking status shows the resource with a response of 'None'.  This is shown in both the Outlook client and OutlookWebApp.

Any ideas on how to change this behavior and get the Outlook tracking status for resources to reflect the proper response of Accepted when moving around meetings?
