Hello i have several outlook 2003 mailboxes i look after and i want to find a way to archive at a certain amount of space.
As it is now every week auto archive runs and moves files that are a month old or more into the archive folder a few of this users how ever get so much mail in even a given week that manually moving them from inbox into the archive seems to be the way to go.
My question is this
Can i set it so a user is allowed 100,000 kb until warning 150,000 till no send
Right around 140kb i would love the option to move say 40,000kb of the oldest emails to archive automatically
Anyway of even doing this ? that any one knows of
Thanks in advance for any helpful post's.
