Receiving an error when running a rule in Outlook 2007 that uses the redirection feature of Exchange in SBS 2000

I have a Windows 7 64-bit machine running Outlook 2007 attached to a SBS 2003 network which includes Exchange. I am trying to run an Outlook rule using the Redirect feature and receive the following error message: Rules In Error: "The redirect action is not currently supported." The rule is disabled after receiving this error. How do I fix this problem?
