Currently when we deploy a computer to a user, we have to remember to open Outlook under their log-in, go to address book settings and set "show names by" to "File As (Smith, John)". We wish to avoid all these manual steps and pre-define the "show names by" setting within the our custom Office installation package. Unfortunately we have not been able to find this setting within the Microsoft Office Customization Tool nor have we been able to identify the registry settings. I am hoping that someone can point us in the right direction.
By the way this is in reference to Office 2010.
