I have Outlook 2010 SP1 on Windows 7 SP1 both are 64-bit. Outlook is connected to Exchange 2007 SP2 server. After 15-20 minutes it will ask for the user's password and if you type it in it will just keeps displaying the login box and will not connect to Exchange.
If you cancel the login box and then click on the "Need Password" label it will connect back to Exchange.
I have removed all the mailboxes the user has access to. I have tried renaming the directory in the Protect folder. I have removed the cache mode to see if it helps but have had no luck.
Any ideas?
