I was asked to create a cutom contact card for our global contacts. One was already created but it had some issues so they asked me to create a whole new one. Once I did the "File As" no longer gives me the option of how I want to file my contact. I have
tried looking at the values on the previous card and everything matches exactly the same but I no longer have the option. Also the email does the similar thing. I no longer have to option on selecting how I want the email to display.
