I have unchecked the box that disables the download of the offline address book and I still get the error. I have unchecked this box in another Outlook 2003 client running Windows XP and it fixed it on that PC. The PC that the error still shows up on is a Windows Vista. I believe I am connecting to an Exchange 2010 Server (Our business uses a Hosted Exchange). Any advice?
