This is a VERY odd issue and I hope somebody can help identify the solution.

I have a user who I recently upgraded from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010.
Everything going great ...
One Friday, I do updates to her system .... to get rid of some errors ... Simple stuff and nothing to do with Outlook.
Monday, I come in, and she says "I'm not able to sort by selecting from the dropdown" ...
I look at her Outlook, and the preview pane is turned off.
I'm thinking, "Ah, the dropdown ... yes ... You need to be in preview mode "right", and then click on the 'Arrange By:' and the dropdown will pop up...."
She says, "No .... I don't use the preview pane .... I used to be able to just click on 'Subject' column header, and I could select it from the list ...."
I'm thinking, "Ahhh, so, let's turn OFF preview pane but 'right click' ..... on the subject header column and drill down" and proceed to show her .....
She stops me and says, "No, LEFT CLICK .... not RIGHT CLICK.... I never right clicked"
At this point, I think she's nuts ..... because when preview pane is OFF, you left click the column header of the column you want to sort by..... and if you want to sort by any other column that's NOT there, you right click and drill down through the Arrange By fly out......
All this, was about a month ago .....

Today, she comes in and says, "Can I show you something?"
"Sure!"
I go in, look at her Outlook, she doesn't have the preview pane on, and she LEFT CLICKS the Column Header "Subject", and the context menu pops up instead of sorting by that column that she clicked on ....
and she says, "See??????? I told you!"
Does anybody know why this would be happening on her machine? It doesn't do that on mine and I can't duplicate it ANYWHERE!
