Clients: Office 2010 and Office 2007
Our entire user environment had been Office 2007 until recently we added a couple Office 2010 installs.
This works well and we've only reported 1 issue. When an Office 2010 users books a resource it isn't processed automatically and someone has to log into the resouce and accept the invite. We use direct booking and the resource mailboxes are configured to auto-accept meeting invites and decline conflicts.
Is this a known issue?
Any suggestions on how to resolve?
