Outlook 2010 Line Read, Signature

Hi all,

I was told that Outlook has a function for signing each line that is read (in a reply-email) with a shortcut key. I am having trouble finding it and am wondering if someone on the forum could help me out on this matter.

An example of the function:

• User replies an email
• For each line in this mail which is similar to a to-do list, user hits a shortcut key that will add something like - 1. To-Do List A              >>> John Dole

Is there such functionality existed in Outlook?? (again, I was told that it has been there before 2010)
