Outlook 2010 Hotmail Connector Receive Error 0x8004102A

I had one error crop up and it's intermitten
Any Ideas what Might be causing this Hotmail connector error 0x8004102A Hotmail account name ( Mikro ) failed to report

Any Idea's ?

I've been following the Outlook work arounds posted in Outlook Help
