How to add a specific column in Outlook 2010 Inbox showing the OCS/Lync status presence?

The "Quick contacts" option is already enabled in our "To-do" bar and working fine, but in addition we would like to have directly a specific column in our Outlook 2010 Inbox showing the OCS/Lync status presence.
