Disable an item in the User Interface via GPO - Outlook 2010

Hi

Within Outlook 2010 I need to prevent users from being able to click the "Add Account" wizard button which appears on the File, Info pane.

Within Group Policy there is a setting called "Disable command bar buttons and menu items" which I have enabled and set at a value of 20100. I got the value from the OutlookExplorerControls.xlsx document within Office Fluent User Interface Control Identifiers.

Unfortunately this doesn't appear to do anything - I have checked the registry and can confirm that the following key appears:

HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\disabledcmdbaritemslist\TCID1 - REG_SZ - 20100

Am I missing something?

Many Thanks
Paul
