I too am having this issue, however we have a 3rd party email program Groupwise that works along with Outlook. I can get publisher to send my html email but not word. When I try to send it with Word it just stops and does nothing, no error and
no email. After some research I found some comments about it being an issue with Outlook. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been working off and on with this for 3 months.
