Delete Completely All Cached Addresses for all end users

Hi ,

we are using outlook 2010, now i want to delete cached addresses for particular users. how can i delete using script? 

i dont want to use command like below. this should be a button or macro in an email for end users.

outlook.exe /cleanautocompletecache
