For some reason, we have a coupl eusers running Outlook 2010 thru Exchnage (non cahced mode) whose Advanced View Settings: Messages options are disbaled/grayd out. Filter and Conditional Formatting are disbaled in that screen of options.
Any idea how to re-enable them?
