Hello,
I've read through quite a few Q&A and I couldn't find my particular issue. When I try to send email from Outlook 2007 it doesn't send when I'm connected to the internet on certain networks. For example, it sends fine when I'm on the network at Starbucks or McDonalds, it does not send when I'm at home on my Centurylink network or when I'm at the Library. Another example, it sent fine on my former Comcast network (I just moved), but it didn't send when I was connected to my neighbor's comcast account.
All new emails are coming into Outlook just fine.
I don't think the issue can be related to my yahoo pop email since it works fine some of the time. After Outlook does it's normal send/receive function, the error message I get is '0x800ccc0f : The connection to the server was interupted. If this problem continues contact your server adminstrator or ISP. When I called Centurylink they said they couldn't help that I would have to contact Microsoft.
I also tried today to create another email account in Outlook when I was on my home (Centurylink) network but was unsuccessful. I have not tried that on one of the networks that works however (e.g. McDonalds/Starbucks).
I am not tech savvy so any advice would be most helpful if it was step by step.
Thanks,
Darryl
