I'm using Windows 7, Outlook 2010, Exchange 2010 SP2 w/ RU4.
I created an e-mail and saved it in drafts folder. Its been there for more than a day. When I open the e-mail and attach a signature, the whole message disappears and replaced with just the signature. Why is this happening? I know that there are different ways to re-attach the signature (copy, or create a new e-mail), but I want to understand what's causing this.
Another issue that might be related to this is when our users save drafts with attachment, and stored it in drafts' folder for more than a day, the next time they modify the e-mail and send it, it won't send. It says Operation Failed.
My question would be, what is causing this issues? Cache?
