I was just "upgraded" to Outlook and understand that I am not allowed to return to Hotmail.
Deleting multiple emails in Hotmail was easy. You just checked the boxes to the left of the emails you did not want, and then you hit Delete.
There are no boxes in Outlook. How can I delete multiple emails - it seems I have to delete them one at a time. This is a big step backwards, not forwards.
Help!
