Outlook Appointments Moving Back To Original Time When Edited

I am using Outlook 2007 and want to change the time for a single appointment in a recurrance. However, when I change the time and send the update, after the Exchange updates the appointment moves back to the orignal time...

Any ideas what may be causing this and how I can stop it?
