Just moved two customers from a POP3 service to IMAP on a standard mailserver.
Now whenever they Forward a message the mail status uses the Reply icon.
Almost as if the Blue Forward icon has been replaced with the Left Purple icon.
Difficult to work with as it appears they have replied to a customer when the query has been forwarded for a response.
Just to check the server was storing this information I configured an identical account with Live Mail but that displayed correctly.
As the display was also correct when Outlook was using POP3 I guess this is Outlook 2010 on IMAP issue.
Incidentally it's totally reproduceable,without any sort of delay and consistent across two mailboxes. Running on Windows 7 - one machine 32 bit the other 64.
Is there a fix for this?
