I have recently changed from one hosted exchange provider to another and so had to change 12 Outlook 2007 clients to the new server.
I removed the old Outlook profile and created a new one, which seemed to work, however, each user constantly gets prompted to connect to the old exchange server.
I have deleted the old profiles and all .ost files but the log on boxes keep appearing. They are all windows 7 professional or Ultimate operating systems.
Please help, its driving me mad!!
