Cancel a meeting in Outlook

Hi,

is it possible to cancel meeting that is not in my Calendar? I am an organizer of the whole serie. I tried to cancel it and send the cancellation to the attendees. But I just deleted or removed it but not send the cancellation. Is there a way to find it and delete it again? I just tried to find it, but did not find in any file..
