I want to configure Outlook 2010 on my personal laptop computer to connect to my office Exchange e-mail account. I go through all of the setup stuff, but it fails every time (I've done this many times). I even did an online connectivity test to make sure
all of my information was correct. It was. The test went through all of its steps successfully until the last one -- pinging the server. It gave me an HTTP 500 error. I don't know what the problem is. My office laptop connects perfectly to Exchange, even from
home, which is where I'm trying to connect my personal laptop from. I don't get it. Is there something on my personal laptop that's creating the barrier?
