I'm looking for a solution for this scenario:
Enviroment Exchange 2010 and outlook 2010.
I have a group of people who log in with there domain user profile.
They have also been provided with a secondary mailboxuser.
And when they answer costumers, they need to manually choose the "from" field and provide the service@domain.com addresse.
I would like to know if this group automatically could be assigned to answer from this secondary mailboxuser "service@domain.com" where they don't have to manually click the "from" field and then type in service@domain.com.
I have tried with a macro but it did not work at all. I have also looked at Changesender, but I would rather have if it could be set up on the clients only with out making any more changes on the Exchange server.
