Outlook Error Message: Cannot perform the required operation. The command selected is not valid for this recipient. Cannot add recipient to contact.

Please help on this one.

We are using Windows 7 Office 2010.

When I am trying to add cached contacts to Outlook Contacts , it comes up with an error message.

Basically, when I take a new blank email, type the first letter in the To Box, it comes up with all the cached addresses. If I try to add that to outlook Contacts by right clicking it and clicking 'Add to Outlook Conatcts' , it comes up with an error message.

Cannot perform the required operation. The command selected is not valid for this recipient. Cannot add recipient to contact.

Help on this highly appreciated.
