I regulary backup my PST file for Outlook 2007, and 2010, which I use on on 2 diffrerent machines.
I am going to add a 3rd machine, and will be using Outlook on it. Does the PST file contain all the mail account info as well as the messages? If so, could I then just copy the PST file from one of the other machines into the new machine's storage location of its PST file,. replacing the default PST that will exist, and save myself the trouble of going through all the email account setup procedures?
If the email accounts are not in the PST file, can I stilll copy the PST file to bring the new machine up to date with emails, and folders?
