Mails get "shrunk"

Hi

I have one user who has her screen magnified to 150%.

When she forwards some html mails, they appear VERY small at the receiver.

If the receiver then sets the screen to 150% - then it looks correct.

If the sender sets her screen to 100% - then everything is also normal.

Have you every heard of this? That the screen-magnifier affects mails when forwarded.

I hope you understand my question, its a little bit har to explain :-)
