Copy or edit default Outlook forms

How, please (!) do I adapt an Outlook form (IPM.Appointment)

I want to copy all the fields onto a new form region and then remove some, re-label some and add comments.

I've been reviewing the - in my opinion - very obscure documentation athttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff866019.aspx but without success.

I’ve seen mention of copying the default / standing form or region, but not how to.

I am using Outlook 2007 on Exchange 2007
