I have an Outlook 2010 room booking issue that only impacts a few accounts. Basically it's 7 accounts out of about 300 that cannot book a room automatically. They can book from OWA, but not from outlook 2010.
All accounts were migrated from an Exchange 2003 system (on Outlook 2002) to the new Exchange 2010 servers and Office 2010 desktops. Most work just fine, but I have a few that simply will not book rooms. They select and send the request but nothing
ever comes back. Nothing appears in the room calender either.
I have tried the Microsoft Registry fix. But it does not appear to be a 'direct booking' issue. Nor does Cache on/off make a difference.
I have checked that all mailbox settings match an account that does work.
I have de-installed and re-installed the entire office suit on a couple of the 'broken' desktops.
The only thing I have left is to make a new account for each, but because they have a lot to work with it is very disruptive to them and I'd very much like to avoid doing that to them.
Any other ideas out there of where to fix this?
