Running Windows Backup to EXT HD. Windows 7 PRO. Outlook 2010. I have an outlook profile with Exchange OST and POP PST accounts attached.
when I run a windows backup and select the appropriate folder to backup - it keeps failing because of the PST.
User had no issues with old machine (also win7 64bit pro) using old .pst file. The issue occured w/ new machine. So technically a new .pst - but using same ext hard drive - we also tried this on another new external hd but had the same problem. I tried installing different drivers for usb/ext hd but to no avail. And not sure how much the drivers would be involved in the problem - since it backs up the other 58GB w/o issue, including a 10GB OST. PST is 1.7GB.
Any help, ideas, suggestions would be appreciated.
