We have been using Outlook 2010 for some time but just migrated from Exchange 2003 to 2010. One of my users keeps getting an issue that if he selects certain internal addresses (either from the Global Address List or from his autofill) the addresses turn light blue and say that they are invalid. If he sends them anyway they go through. If I delete his local Outlook profile and recreate it the problem goes away temporarily then returns.
Any thoughts?
