I have just purchased a new computer. I exported all emails (folders and subfolders) to a pst file. Once I configured my email account in Outlook 2010 on the new computer I then used the Open New Data File option to import the pst file so that all archived
emails would be migrated into Outlook on to my new computer. Although the folders were there, they were empty. I also tried using the Import option but that didn't work either. I am not using Exchange. Suggestions?
