We have Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 64 bit machines in our office. Now for some machines we are getting issues like outlook is too slow to receive e-mails.
We have checked the issue and found outlook keeps saying that it's "Updating Inbox (3.99 GB)".
It always starts at 3.99 GB and starts counting down and eventually stops. It never completes. This is somehow preventing usersfrom receiving email.
When Outlook first starts, it syncs any new email and goes back to "Updating Inbox (3.99 GB)". Any email sent to him after that is only received via OWA or on his mobile device.
We have enough free space available in machine. There are no firewall or anti-virus blocking any application and no virus infection in machine.
We have tried repair his profile but no difference. We tried recreate a new profile in same machine but no difference.
We have created this profile in different machine, no difference.
No new Windows Updates installed prior to this issue.Installed any pending Windows Updates, no difference.
We are able to send email fine. Also we able to recive mails in wemail or mobile device fine.
Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated.
