Auto Archive policy in Outlook 2007

Hello there

I understand that the auto Archive feature disappears from Outlook 2007 when using the Exchange 2010 Auto Archive feature. This feature is now run by policies that can be manipulated by the user locally.  What I am having difficulty with is how to access the policy setting button that appears with in Outlook 2010 after enabling this feature, but not in Outlook 2007. Where is this done?
