Outlook 2010

I recently installed Microsoft Office 2010 on my newly updated Windows 8 laptop.

I started adding mail accounts to Outlook.  After the 3rd mail account, an IMAP error window popped up and refuses to cancel or respond to 'ok' so I can delete the mail account.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Office and updated all product updates.

I can not use Outlook until this is fixed because it does not respond.
