We have .msg messages stored on our server. When I open one the first time its fine but if I close it and then try to reopen it the file cannot be opened as it says its already opened in another program,
Closing and reopening outlook does the trick but thats not a long term answer and people are starting to get a but annoyed with it.
can anyone help?
