So I have several users using outlook 2010 who when they double click their calendar to add an appointment it sets the reminder time to 18 hours before but if they click new appointment instead it does 15 minutes which is what their options is set to. Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this? Some of them are getting kind of upset since they are getting reminders in the middle of the night.
I have created a new profile for one of the users and this issue still persists.
