I have about 150 people in local office connecting to Exchange 2010 from a 2008 Remote Desktop Services and Outlook 2007. A few of those people having problems with Outlook 2007. When they send an email to someone outside of Exchange server, the messages get stuck in the outbox. A person can move message back to draft folder and then send through OWA. I have reset a user profile and Outlook worked for about a day before failing agian when using a Remote Desktop roaming. A non roaming profile on standard workstation seems to work?
Any suggestions as to why a roaming profile quits working for just a couple of people when it works for most others on same server?
