One of our remote users sent a ticket in to us saying that, when he reviews mail in his sent items, his name is spelled incorrectly. Mail that is received from him displays his name correctly, and his name appears correctly in the Global Address Book.
He is using Outlook 2010, and we're using an Exchange 2007 environment. My hunch is that this is something set locally, but I can't seem to figure out where. Any help would be appreciated.
