Windows 7 64bit Outlook 2007
User called stating that printing from email was producing large output to printer. Investigation shows that default printer is blank and even when selected manually in the pull down list the application does not use the correct driver and produces large quantities of garbage print. I have sent a test page to the printer directly and cannot replicate the problem in any other program ie (word excel access PDF). If I reset the default printer and set it back and reopen outlook the issue is resolved until a reboot of the PC. The error happens again after the computer is rebooted until I manually toggle the default printers and reopen the program
I have removed and reinstalled the printers both through logon script and manually. Updated any service packs and performed a repair. I have tested with similar OS and Outlook installations with no failures. Print Preview shows the correct formats and content. The next option is to create a new outlook profile
