About a month ago I changed my ISP.
I have two email accounts, one of which automatically forwards to the other. I cannot send or reply to emails using either account unless I use the provider's web site - I prefer the way that Outlook consolidates the data and the way that it handles
attachments.
I have tried deleting and recreating the email accounts in Outlook without success.
I have tried repairing Outlook, also without success.
Neither the support tech from the ISP nor I have been able to get Outlook to connect and send a test email, much less a genuine e-mail. However, if I go to the ISP's web site and send an email to myself, it will be received by Outlook just fine.
Do I need to do a fresh re-install of Outlook and can I do that without losing the data in the .pst files?
