Outlook 2010 - Email issue

Hi All

A user is sending an email to the someone, but the recipient is unable to forward or reply on the email.

Also when the user is sending a calender invite to someone, the recipient is unable to open the attachment in the calender meeting invite.

I have checked the permissions settings under the options tab when sending a new email and no restrictions are set.
