Hi all,
User cannot configure Automatic-Reply in Outlook 2010 and Out of Office Assistant in Outlook 2007 for Exchange users, although Exchange server and Outlook PC are always connecting
A. Configuration:
PC_1: Active directory (Win 2k8 R2), with domain "abc.com"
PC_2: pointed to PC_1, and Exchange 2k7 Sp3 is installed into it.
- Having Exchange email: test_1@abc.com
- Having PC_3 installed Outlook2k10
_PC_1, PC_2, Pc_3 are into same network (192.168.2.x/24)
B. Steps:
- In PC_3, open Outlook 2010, create new profile for Exchange mail: test_1@abc.com
- Open profile, and choose : File > Automatic-Reply.
C. Expected result:
- User can create successfully.
- User can set up this option without error or warning happen
D. Actual result:
Happen error as below
E. Work arround:
I also try to configure automatic-replies in "Remote domain", (don't create new remote domain) rule, but this issue has still occurred.
Besides, if I open this profile via OWA, I can set up automatic replies for it.
Please help me solve this issue .
