Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010

Hi all,

We have Exchange 2010 in our environment and all clients are on Outlook 2010. The problem is when client are using Outlook 2010 and they, click on New Items and select Meetings and then they click on Rooms - it can take up to 20 seconds for the list of rooms to display.

Does anyone know what would be causing the latency? If so, how to resolve this!
