configure user permissions in business contact manager

We have created and shared a 2010 Business Contact Manager database on a server, using the BCM Database tool.

I want to restrict other users in the BCM database from import and export, under the business contact manager ribbon under file, however it seems this option is available to every user that is added.

Can anyone advise on how I can change access rights on BCM?  The BCM database tool/share database option only lets me add others as "users", not as different custom access rights.

I have SQL Server Management Studio installed on the server, and can manage the actual database from that.  Are there any experts out there who can advise on how I can use this tool, or any other tool, the right to change access rights?

Thanks in advance for any help!
